One inspiration is the legacy of Andrew Carnegie, an immigrant from Scotland to the U.S. from the last century, who donated towards the construction of library buildings all over the world. Many free school and public libraries benefited from his generosity and were also known as Carnegie libraries.

Thank you to the British Columbia Library Association – Libraries Across Borders for our very first grant and the Osu Children’s Library Fund for the donation of books. Your support and encouragement is much appreciated.

      • Hey Kathy,

Did you know that the Randa United Farmer’s Group library is actually a Under The Reading Tree library! I visited the library last February and they are doing a wonderful job. Thanks so much Moses.
